Established in 2005 in Palm Beach, Florida as LJKJR Florida Properties LLC. Rebranded in 2006 to represent our national expansion starting in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. We are on plan to acquire and sell (75-100+) units for 2007.
In 2005-2006 we sourced, acquired, sold and actively manage over $7.5M in (20) condominium conversion units, over $2.5M 1031 Exchanges, that include corporate rentals with purchase in Palm Beach Gardens and Tampa, Florida. We administer over $250,000 in annual Corporate Lease payment to our clients.

Built with 2003 storm-proof technology, we are proud to have diligently served our clients and 1031 Exchange buyers amidst the very challenging conditions of Hurricane Wilma, a Category 3 storm whose eye directly came to Palm Beach during closings and simultaneously the corporate rental start of in the Summer and Fall of 2005.
Our clients continue to be rewarded with performing assets in projects and areas that continue to demonstrate strong 15+% annual appreciation and our high standards in managing our buyers’ corporate rentals that we provide through our corporate rental partners.

San Matera/Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, during the summer slow sales season and despite a Category 3 Hurricane, year-to-date the Palm Beach County median appreciation year-to-date for condos is 16.4%. August and September 2006 Palm Beach County has had a median appreciation of 18% and 18% respectively; we are located above the median. And, no hurricanes in 2006. On October 1 we started the second year of our Corporate Rental Program.

San Matera is located directly across the street from the high end Gardens Mall, in January 2006 the Phase 2 $250M Downtown at the Gardens retail-tainment complex was opened with movie theaters, restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, Whole Foods Market, etc. In September 2006, Phase 3 Legacy Place opened with Best Buy, Barnes&Noble, etc.

In March 2005 the Scripps Research Institute, the largest biomedical research company in the US, contracted to relocate its headquarters to Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter, Florida which will create 12,000 jobs in the area.
